By using PlanDesk you accept these terms. You must be 18 or older. You keep credentials confidential.

PlanDesk is software for businesses (invoicing, POS, stock, documents). You remain responsible for tax and sector duties in the countries where you operate.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds only where Spanish or EU law requires them.

You retain rights in workspace content. You grant us a licence to host it to provide the service. For that content you are the controller and we are the processor.

Spanish law applies. Professional clients: courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue. EU ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
